This child had double pierced ears and an unusual dental pattern "possibly native decent".

Allenstown is a town in Merrimack County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 4,843 at the 2000 census. Allenstown includes a portion of the village of Suncook. Just over one-half of the town's area is covered by Bear Brook State Park.

Bear Brook State Park occupies 6,740 acres (2,730 ha) in the center of town, extending from the town's northern corner to its southern corner. (An additional 3,200 acres (1,300 ha) of the park are in the neighboring towns of Deerfield, Candia, and Hooksett.)[2]

While looking for possible matches, there was a single suspect in two other 8 year old girls deaths both in 1984... one in Florida and one in Exeter, NH (35 Miles from Allentown!)

    Christina Luna

    http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/304dffl.html

Luna was last seen at 2:30 P.M, at a neighborhood store (Belk's General Store) in her hometown of Greenacres City, Florida on May 27, 1984. She purchased cat food and left the store at approximately 3:00 PM. The business was located 400 yards from Luna's home. Foul play is suspected in Luna's disappearance.
A possible connection to a longtime suspect has emerged [in 2004]. The suspect was reportedly at a party in Luna's neighborhood the day she disappeared, and a man fitting his description was seen outside the store.
Not long after Christy's disappearance, The suspect moved back up to New Hampshire and got a job in the small town of Exeter. On November 13, 1984, Tammy Lyn Belanger disappeared on her way to her elementary school, around the corner from the body shop where The suspect worked.
He quickly became the primary suspect in her disappearance as well, though he has never been charged, and her body has never been found.
The suspect has always denied meeting Christy, but authorities are hoping for the first time that traces of cat hair can link him to her.

Belanger was last seen at approximately 8:00 AM on November 13, 1984 in Exeter, New Hampshire. She was crossing Court Street as she headed to Exeter Elementary School for the day. Belanger never arrived and has not been seen again

Possible Matches: Elaine Yates who abducted her two daughters... 1985 missing from Rhode Island. Girls ages 1 and 4 in 1985. Doesn't explain 3 girls though, unless she had another child that was in her custody. We don't have an age on the 3rd UID child either.

    N.H. BODIES ARE WOMAN, GIRL
    Published on November 13, 1985
    Author(s): John Milne, Globe Staff

CONCORD, N.H. - Attorney General Stephen E. Merrill said yesterday that skeletal remains found Sunday in a wooded area of Allenstown belong to a young woman and girl who had been beaten to death and their bodies wrapped in plastic.

A law enforcement source said the way the bodies had been dumped suggested the killings may have been done by a professional. Merrill said cause of death was injury to the head with a blunt instrument, but he added autopsies were incomplete. According to Merrill,

LACK OF REPORTS OF MISSING MOTHERS AND DAUGHTERS STALLS N.H. CASE
    Published on November 14, 1985

CONCORD, N.H. - Investigators throughout New England found no immediate reports of missing mothers and daughters yesterday as officials worked to identify the bodies of a woman and a girl found beaten to death in the Allenstown woods.

The man who examined the bodies, Dr. Henry Ryan, Maine's medical examiner and an expert on identifying skeletal remains, said there was some evidence that the brown-haired woman, between 23 and 33 years old, between 5 foot 4 and 5 foot 7 in height,

Also, I meant to put the link for the other daughter up (not the same one twice):

    http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/490dfri.html

I went to UDRS and disovered the two youngest UID children (that are biologically matched) to the woman UID, fit the vitals range for Yates and her two daughters. It could be possible she had a 3rd child with her (not considered abducted). Since the oldest child is pending DNA, I thought is was also possible (maybe a long shot though) she could be one of the two 8 year olds, tied to "the person of interest" in Exeter, NH (35 miles down the road).

I've submitted the info to NCMEC and Exeter PD.
